Last updated: January 10, 2026By downloading, installing, or using Pico ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Haelan Labs ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the App.
Pico is a personal spending tracker application that allows you to log expenses using natural language input. The App processes your input locally and uses artificial intelligence to categorize your spending.
The App is designed as a personal finance tool and is not intended to provide financial advice. Any insights or commentary provided by the App are for entertainment purposes only.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account using Apple Sign-in, Google Sign-in, or email authentication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Pico offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by Haelan Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
"Pico" and the Pico mascot are trademarks of Haelan Labs. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any spending categorizations or financial insights provided by the App.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAELAN LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or by other means.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
